As a proud Sage Simply Accounting Development Partner since 2006, we first introduced Fleet Harmony Cloud Fleet Maintenance Software for Sage 50 in September 2015. Now, we've taken Sage compatibility to the next level!  

The export list page allows effortless data transfer to Sage, ensuring quick searches, easy sorting, and minimal administrative hassle. Generate sales or purchase invoices directly from Fleet Harmony, eliminating redundant data entry and streamlining inter-company information flow. 

Simply press the search button to retrieve work orders that: 

• Have a status of "Posted" 

• Have a blank Batch ID 

• Have a non-zero dollar amount 

Basic data validation ensures accuracy. When all orders pass this validation, the entire list is exported to Sage 50 in one batch. Because the export updates each work order with a system-generated Batch ID, transparency is ensured.
