Improved parts inventory with Fleet Harmony Cloud Fleet Maintenance Software.

The latest version Fleet Harmony Cloud Fleet Maintenance Management Software was recently implemented and includes changes to our fleet maintenance software to allow you greater flexibility in terms of parts inventory management and for managing parts not stocked.


We also added some new features and enhancements, and fixed a few issues to make the system easier to use.


Changes to Parts Page

As part of the parts inventory management section, a new Track Inventory check box has been added to the Parts Page. This new field will control if parts inventory transactions are to be written.

Changes to the Work Order List Page

For those organizations with multiple locations, we added the Work Order Location to the list view. You can also sort by Location.


We added some new searches to give you more ways to analyze your fleet maintenance and repairs.


Search by Location allows you to select work orders for a single location within a specified date range.


Search by Driver allows you to select work orders for a single driver within a specified date range.


Search by Lead Mechanic allows you to select work orders for a single mechanic within a specified date range.

Changes to Work Order Page

Parts Inventory transactions will only be written for parts that have the track inventory checkbox checked.


On the parts entry section, when a part number or employee code is entered and but does not exist, the system will now more prominently display a “Part or Employee not found” message.


When the system automatically adds a part, it does so with the track inventory checkbox set to unchecked.


We fixed the issue where the automatic addition of new parts was creating a part inventory transaction and causing the inventory to be -1.


You can now more easily use your tab key to move through the page. It was brought to our attention that the tab order between the date lookup button and the date textbox was out of sequence. This has been fixed.
