With traditional fleet maintenance software, customer s rarely have a say in the development of software enhancements. However, with Fleet Harmony Cloud Fleet Management Software, the suggestion box is taken seriously, and more often than not, our software design services team will accommodate customer suggestions at no charge. Release 6.9.9L is just another example of this.
In this release, we have added some additional fleet management reports in both the IFTA software module and fleet maintenance software module. We added new features to make it even easier to access the equipment maintenance log and the last work order used. We even fixed a bug or 2.
Trip Summary Report
As part of the IFTA software module, the Trip Summary report enables users to summarize all trip data. Thanks to Karen’s time saving suggestion, both all units and individual units can now be selected.
Trip Detail Report
Also as part of the IFTA software module, the Trip Detail Report enables users to drill deeper into trip information. Thanks again to Karen’s suggestion; both all units and individual units can now be selected.
Equipment Page
When a unit is activated and a service trigger exists with the “Force service on activation” is checked, Fleet Harmony highlights the unit in red indicating that service is due for the unit. This maintenance planning and scheduling feature was not showing the service trigger in question on the equipment page. Thanks to Jamie for identifying this issue and it has now been fixed.
Equipment List Page
We added a brand new column to the equipment list page to enable you to quickly retrieve the last maintenance work order created within the fleet maintenance software module for the unit. Thanks to the Town of Kirkland Lake for suggesting this new feature.
State / Prov Mileage Report – New
Yet another enhancement to the IFTA software module, we added a brand new report as per Karen’s request. State / Prov Mileage can be run from the Reports - Trips menu and breaks down both mileage and fuel consumption by province and state. This can be run for all units or individual units.
Work Order Page
A number of our customers have requested that both the drivers and mechanics dropdown be sorted by driver/mechanic name, not code … so we changed the fleet maintenance software – work orders page and did it.
Last Service Report
Big thanks to the Town of Kirkland Lake for suggesting this new equipment maintenance log report. This is a handy maintenance planning and scheduling tool.
