Fleet Harmony Cloud Fleet Management Software makes creating work orders for upcoming or past due scheduled services even faster and easier. When a unit is selected from main dashboard / equipment list page, work orders can be started for for past due (red) and upcoming (orange) services with a single click.
Selecting a unit from the main dashboard / equipment list page will bring up the equipment master information, including all details about scheduled services. When a unit has upcoming or past due scheduled services, clicking the new “Fix” button located on the yellow control bar will open the work order page, automatically retrieve the unit information, and populate all upcoming or past due services. Try doing that with your fleet maintenance spreadsheet!
Also included with the latest release of Fleet Harmony Cloud / Online Fleet Maintenance Software are the following changes:
Menu Changes
For clarity, the Fleet menu has been renamed to “Maintenance and Repairs”.
The Fuel Entry menu option has been moved to the Trips and Usage menu.
Accident Management Software
Work has started on a new accident management software add-on to the fleet maintenance software. This new accident management menu option has been already added to the maintenance and repairs menu. For now, we have an under construction sign when this menu option is selected. Look for more on this in the next release.
Equipment Page
New fix button as described previously.
For clarity, the Service Triggers panel has been renamed to Scheduled Services.
In order to maintain consistency with scheduled services, the system no longer allows changes to be made to selected services, descriptions, or units of measures. However, the system still permits the changing of the service intervals (hours, days, KMs) and reminder values.
The number of scheduled services has been reduced from 20 to 10 unique services per unit.
Work Order List Page
Need to search on multiple invoices or PO numbers? No problem! Just save these additional reference number in the notes fiel on the fleet maintenance work order page. The PO and Invoice quick search options have been modified to also scan through the notes.
On the work order list page, some columns have been removed, adjusted and moved around to make it even easier to track work orders. Please contact us if there is specific information you use that is no longer on this list.
